Post
graduate degree through Distant Learning
Distance
learning
Distance learning is where lecturers
and students communicate online rather than face-to-face. The University will
agree a timescale of study and deadlines for submitting coursework with you.
You can keep in regular contact with
your personal tutor for support via email or by phone.
Although you will have lots of
support from the university staff; those choosing to study by distance learning
must ensure they are:
- Self-motivated - You will not be based on campus and so you will need to be a self starter to keep on target with your coursework
- Dedicated
- Organised
Advantages
of distance learning
There are many advantages to
studying by distance learning:
- Flexible study so you can work at your own pace
- You can fit your studies in and around your work and other commitments
- Courses are focused on you and your needs
- Develop your career without having to leave your current employment
- Access to our many online resources during your studies

I am presently in my 3rd semester with
this foreign university undertaking an online postgraduate course in clinical
research (M.SC Clinical Research). I a pharmacist and started the program during
my NYSC program. This online program has afforded me the opportunity to combine
working as a pharmacist first in a state hospital and now in a community
pharmacy and pursuing a postgraduate degree without any interference. By
February 2014 I will have gotten an MBA and by September 2014 an M.sc in
clinical Research all on an online platform from foreign universities that are
UNESCO-IAC certified for just 3000 dollars which can be paid in four
installment.
If you are a doctor, pharmacist, medical lab
scientist, radiographer, physiotherapist, nutritionist, nurse and you don’t
want to waste the two year internship and NYSC period without getting a masters
degree or you are a working professional who desire for a postgraduate degree
